Sales Director / Account Executive

Who are we?
At Cineon we specialise is creating technology which helps companies and public sector partners to power up human performance through eye-tracking, virtual reality and cutting-edge software.
Our mission is to use pioneering scientific research in psychology and neuroscience to enhance human performance across safety-critical sectors. What does that mean for our clients? We use a combination of virtual reality, data models and software to improve training – helping pilots, healthcare professionals and many others, to supercharge their skills.
We work with a range of blue-chip companies and large organisations, including the NHS, the RAF and airlines.
The Role – Account Executive:
- This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role, that will see you:
- Finding appropriate leads and contacts that fit our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Contacting senior executives daily, by phone, email, LinkedIn and other creative outbound approaches
- Pitching our award-winning technology and identifying potential clients who have challenges which fit our technology.
- Handling objections to book meetings and ultimately closing deals - owning the full sales process from start to finish
- Exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Updating all your efforts and wins on the CRM system and ensuring the data is clean as a whistle
- A bachelors degree
- Hunger to succeed and a 'make things happen'
- Genuine passion and excitement for new technologies and the chance to work with international clients
- Confidence and professionalism
- High-quality written and verbal communication – including top-tier presentation skills and the ability to create sales materials and work closely with marketing
- Resilience, creativity and the passion to work as part of a team.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
- You are consistent, creative salesperson in your current company/division – who has led complex sales processes with large organisations. You have a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are someone who pursues your passions with energy, commitment and curiosity.
- You are smart and demonstrate great EQ (we are in a very fast-moving industry and you must be nimble of mind to keep up).
- You have 5+ years of successful sales experience related to our technology (such as VR, SAAS, Software Sales, Tech Sales, Healthcare Sales, Defence Sales, and Aviation Sales), meaning you’ve experienced the full range of obstacles when behind the wheel of creating complex deals.
- You have been successful in building relationships
- You love the Customer Experience revolution. Your desire and ability to embrace this change and understand how Cineon can impact the various functions of a global organisation is critical.
- You can work closely with technical colleagues to complete a sales process and delight new clients.
- You can manage a contractual process (with support from legal) from beginning to end and work with international procurement teams

- Base salary starting at £40,000.00, experience dependant, plus competitive commission (with transparent commission structure).
