About Cineon:
Cineon is a specialist company in immersive technology that uses VR and eye-tracking for a range of training and therapeutic applications. Our mission is to improve outcomes and enhance human performance across various safety-critical sectors by applying contemporary research findings in psychology and neuroscience. We have developed data-driven tools called PAVE (Psych Adaptive Virtual Environments), which utilise in-built eye-tracking to create artificially intelligent Virtual Reality experiences.
Job Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager / Administrator to work in either a full or part-time capability (minimum of 3.5 days per week).
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Cineon workplace and supporting the Cineon team.
This is a busy and varied role – your responsibilities will include:
- Helping establish, implement and maintain office procedures
- Assisting in the smooth running of projects, taking part in regular team updates, making notes and collecting key metrics for project management
- Working with the team to organise the successful planning and delivery of events
- Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries
- Maintaining office leave and toil calendars, and liaising with the payroll team
- Helping to update our social media and other communication channels
- Assisting the senior management team as necessary
Person Specification:
Candidates should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of other Office Management applications such as Xero is considered an advantage.
The most important qualities that you bring to the team will be your enthusiasm and commitment, and your ability to handle and prioritise a busy, varied and often conflicting workload. The role requires outstanding time management and organisational skills – attention to detail is critical. As one of the key faces of Cineon, you will also have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service, both in person and by email.

Pension scheme.
Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 pro rata.
